Welcome to Junior High Religious Education!

Our program is different from the Elementary Religious Education.  We meet in small groups in homes on Sundays either from 4 - 5:30 or 7 - 8:30 depending on the group leader.  This is a two-year program, which precedes Confirmation and takes place in 7th and 8th grade. Junior High Calendar 2004 - 2005

We find that our junior high youth enjoy the socialization of these classes, meeting in homes, sharing snacks, making new friends and talking about how they handle situations and what their Catholic response is in their school and community.

We depend on parents who are familiar and comfortable with pre teen kids to facilitate groups.  Don't panic!  We provide training.  It is a great opportunity to become part of a small faith community with others who work with this age group.

We urge you register as soon as possible.  We can only put 10 kids in a group since they meet in homes and this program is well received.   We only take as many students as we have facilitators and homes for.

• If your child has been previously enrolled, you should have received the registration package in the mail, already completed with the information we have on file.  This will only require you update what has changed.
